If you’re looking for a short and easy trek in the Everest region, the Everest View Trek is a perfect choice. In just 8 days, you’ll get to explore stunning mountain scenery, visit vibrant villages, and enjoy the warm hospitality of the locals—all without needing prior trekking experience. It’s a great trip to share with friends or family.

Your adventure starts with an exciting flight to Lukla, followed by a scenic walk through forests and across swinging bridges. You’ll pass through Phakding and hike up to Namche Bazaar, a lively Sherpa town with everything from cozy tea houses to trekking shops.

The trek’s highest point is the famous Hotel Everest View, located at 3,962 meters. From here, you’ll get some of the best views of Mount Everest and other iconic peaks. You’ll also have the chance to visit Khumjung Monastery or even extend your trip to Tengboche if time allows.

The route is full of natural beauty—lush greenery, crisp mountain air, and unforgettable views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and more. Plus, with two nights in Namche Bazaar, you’ll have time to relax, explore, and soak in the local culture.

After completing the trek, you’ll fly back to Kathmandu and have a free day to explore the city before heading home. Whether you’re a first-time trekker or just looking for a short Himalayan getaway, the Everest View Trek offers a perfect mix of adventure and comfort.

Day 01 :
Welcome to Kathmandu!

Upon your arrival at the airport, our team from Trekking Guide Team Adventure will be there to greet you with a warm smile. We’ll help with your luggage and take you comfortably to your hotel in a private vehicle. After check-in, you’ll have the rest of the day free to relax or explore a bit of Kathmandu on your own.

Day 02 :
Kathmandu Sightseeing & Trek Prep

In the morning, you'll head out on a guided sightseeing tour around some of Kathmandu's iconic cultural landmarks—Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, and the serene Bouddhanath Stupa. Soak in the art, history, and local buzz.

After the tour, rest for a few hours at your hotel. Later, we’ll meet up at our office to go over the trek details and prepare everything. We'll handle your permits, and you can pick up any last-minute gear or essentials.

Day 03 :
Flight to Lukla & Trek to Phakding

Start the day with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla. If flights are from Ramechhap (in peak season), we’ll leave the hotel around 1:00 AM to catch it. Once in Lukla, the trek begins!

You’ll walk through peaceful forests, cross hanging bridges, and pass charming villages like Ghat and Cheplung before reaching Phakding.

Day 04 :
Trek to Namche Bazaar

Today’s trek takes you deeper into the Himalayas. Follow the Dudh Koshi River, trek through lush forests, and cross the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge.

You’ll stop at Monjo to check permits before entering Sagarmatha National Park. The last stretch is a steep climb, but you’ll be rewarded with your arrival at Namche Bazaar, the heart of the Khumbu region.

Day 05 :
Acclimatization Day & Hike to Hotel Everest View

Take it easy today to help your body adjust to the altitude. After breakfast, take a short hike to the famous Hotel Everest View for stunning panoramas of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and more.

If you're feeling good, you can extend the walk to Khumjung Monastery. In the afternoon, explore Namche—visit the Sherpa Museum, local markets, or just relax in a café.

Day 06 :
Trek Back to Lukla

Retrace your steps as you head back to Lukla. Walk through the same beautiful trails and forests, pass suspension bridges, and enjoy the downhill path. From Phakding, it’s an uphill walk back to Lukla where you’ll spend your last night in the mountains.

Day 07 :
Flight to Kathmandu & Farewell Dinner

Fly back to Kathmandu early in the morning. After checking back into your hotel, you’ll have the rest of the day free—perfect for some last-minute shopping or relaxing.

In the evening, join us for a special farewell dinner where you’ll receive your trek completion certificate and enjoy some live music and traditional food.

Day 08 :
Departure Day
