Depart Kathmandu for Syabrubeshi by local bus (approximately 7-8 hours). Traverse terraced rice fields and admire the towering peaks of Langtang, Ganesh, Shringi, Manaslu, and Annapurna. Spend the night at a tea house operated by local Nepali families.
Trek from Syabrubeshi to Parvati Kunda. Ascend the Langtang valley to Bahun Danda, navigate ridges to Gatlang, and hike to a picturesque campsite above Parvati Kunda.
Trek from Parvati Kunda to Somdang. Climb to Khurpudanda pass, enjoy lunch and panoramic views, then descend to Somdang River.
Rest day in Somdang. Optional hike to an abandoned zinc mine and Paldor peak viewpoint.
Trek from Somdang to Marmelung Karka. Climb to Pang Sang pass, then descend to Marmelung Karak.
Trek from Marmelung Karka to Tatopani Hot spring. Descend to Tipling, cross the Ankhu Khola river, and camp at Tatopani hot spring.
Trek from Tatopani hot spring to Lapchet. Return to Ankhu Kola River, traverse wooded ridges to Tir Gaon, then proceed to Lapchet.
Trek from Lapchet to Kachet. Climb to Barmachet Danda pass, enjoy the views, then descend to Kachet village.
Trek from Kachet to Rigaon. Cross Hohang Khola River, climb and contour ridges, stop for lunch in Kichet village, and camp at Rigaon ridge.
Trek from Rigaon to Pokhara Danda. Follow the trail to Pokhara Danda and set up camp.
Trek from Pokhara Danda to PhulKharka village. Enjoy a downhill trek to PhulKharka village and stay in a local homestay.
Return to Kathmandu by local bus. Take the day to rest, freshen up, or indulge in a spa or massage.
Spend a rest day in Kathmandu.
