Chitwan Chepang Hill
Discover the Charm of the Chitwan Chepang Hill Trek
Embark on the Chitwan Chepang Hill Trek, a recently launched adventure that promises breathtaking natural beauty. This trek takes you through vibrant, green landscapes, with the highest point reaching 1800 meters. Along the way, you will pass through several villages where the inhabitants rely on subsistence farming. The villagers of Chepang rarely encounter tourists and are known for their warm and welcoming smiles. Engaging with them provides a unique opportunity to learn about their culture and way of life. The Chepang people are one of Nepal’s marginalized ethnic groups, and due to extreme poverty, they often lack access to basic and modern amenities. The trek begins in Kathmandu-Hudi Khola and concludes with a Jungle Safari in Chitwan.
